Even though change can feel deeply uncomfortable and harrowing, I’m noticing that in living a slow and sustainable practice of liberation and care, the experience can also be soft and peaceful. Wishing you moments of ease, safety, and hope as you embody radical love in personal and collective ways :)
I love that every piece you share (including this one) holds so much nuance! Your real-life examples of micro-dosing change leave me hopeful; you are modeling liberatory thinking, and I'm grateful for it.
Found your site, and it really helped me sort out so many thoughts I've been having for the last couple of months. I've had those discoveries you listed above about lack of free will and a fundamentally unjust world of systems, and I had to sit down and grieve the way the world is structured, but also figure out a way to move forward. This helped a lot with that process.

This is such a mind-expanding and lovely piece. Thank you so much Dr. Khan!

Did I smile ear to ear when reading about your own micro-dosing Ayesha? Yes I sure did. Thank you 🫶🏼
