You don't need to "fill your cup first" to seek or be in community

We need to diversify our “mental ecosystem” for our own wellbeing

Is our fixation on healing, self-care & self-improvement making us sicker?

Killing our capitalist fantasies makes way for dreams of liberation

Hold on! Devoting yourself to the struggle for liberation is a messy endeavor.

If capitalism is a disease, we are the Earth's immune system

Maybe madness & illness are the only way to remain human under capitalism

We must love the people more than we hate the systems oppressing us

We have more power to save ourselves than you've been led to believe

The revolution starts by building with poor folks in your own backyard

We keep us safe by fighting back & taking collective risks, not by being pacifists

Effective activism will never be 'peaceful' & we should stop using that word

Communal rituals + cultural resistance make movements sustainable

We need strong relationships & trust to pull off effective direct actions

Dedicating yourself to the struggle for liberation is uncomfortable AND worth it

The point of life is to live (& die) for something greater than yourself, for liberation

Community care & relationship building combats burnout in political movements

Psychiatric diagnoses & bioessentialism will not liberate us

Choose connection & devastation over silence & a hollow life
